Bully KIN, a widely recognized character in Lower Flag Street, always go to the beach to watch troop training recently. KIN is actually a top villain in Lower Flag Street and he threatens the villagers for money all the time. KIN teaches martial arts in a kung-fu school and TING comes to challenge him. CHOI investigates the dead body of LUNG and discovers that LUNG might be a member of a big grave robbing organization. FEI overhears the conversation. FEI is actually a runaway member of that organization. He tries to hide his jade pendant that shows his true identity but KIN seizes the pendant away.

PIK finds that KIN is looking at his deceased mother’s photos. She insists to accompany him to his hometown to look for his father. FEI overhears their conversation. CHOI tells HUNG that members of the grave robbing organization “Peacock Clan” have sneaked into Lower Flag Street. FEI is shocked to learn about this. He was once a member of Peacock Clan.
